随机线条滤镜标签代码RandomBars

随机线条滤镜（RandomBars）用于为对象创建随机线条的擦除效果并进行内容转换。

【标签说明】

filter:progid:DXImageTransform.Microsoft.RandomBars(enabl ed=true—false , duration=转换的时间，orientation=vertical— horizontal)

说明：RandomBars滤镜得出参数和方法如下。

█ enabled：可选项，用于定义滤镜是否激活，可取值为true或false，默认值为true。

█ duration：设置或检索转换耗时，其值为秒，毫秒（0.0000）格式。

█ orientation：可选项，用于定义内容转换过程中。随机线条是横向还是纵向出现，默认值为horizontal。

RandomBars滤镜也有3种方法：apply()方法、play(iDuration)方法和stop()方法，方法的使用说明与Barn滤镜一样。
